I’m so sorry, I totally missed Crockpot Thursday; I thought we are on Wednesday today
it always throws me off if I have a day off during the week.
I have a little treat to make it up to you guys.. my friend Crystal over at Surviving a Teachers Salary e-mailed me a super quick and easy recipe that was soooo yummy and I just had to share it with you.
We had no leftovers at all.. soo soo yummy and soo quick; you can actually change the fruit up to anything you like, or what’s in season. So grab the few ingredients and spoil the family with this yummy dessert ![]()

Yum! I could eat that. I like blueberries.
I think I’d also make it with fresh peaches when they come in season and use Peaches & Cream oatmeal.
