Book review Wednesday: The $5 Takeout Cookbook

The $5 Takeout Cookbook

The $5 Takeout Cookbook for the Kindle or the Paperback Edition

Are you trying to cut down on eating out and still try to cook yummy and cheap recipes? Then I highly recommend you check out the $5 Takeout Cookbook. This book comes full of wonderful quick and easy recipes from  Mexican to Chinese and anything you would call for takeout is included in this book, there are 200 recipes and they all sound amazing.

I love that it will cost you very little to prepare these yummy dinners, most of them are way less than $5.

This book I published by Adams Media, and I have a few of their other books in the $5 series already and love ALL of them; amazing stuff that a family really can afford and will eat.

This book includes a section for Mexican Cuisine, Thai Cuisine, Pizza and Chinese, each section has different chapters as well including Beef, Pork, poultry and vegetables. All is very nicely organized and very easy to find. By the time you pull out a take out menu and place your order you could have picked a recipe and started your dinner, it’s that simple Smile.

When it comes to take-out, two things are true: People like it fast and they like it cheap, and don’t want to fumble with menus and cold deliveries. THE $5 TAKEOUT COOKBOOK gives parents, students, and people on the go the ability to make everyone’s favorite take-out dishes at home— for $5 or less per meal! With 200 recipes that feature pizza, Mexican, Chinese, or Thai food, take out cravings can finally be made with ease, from the comfort of one’s home:

  • Pan-Fried Chimichangas
  • Traditional Mu Shu Pork
  • Tandoori Chicken

We LOVED this book as you can tell. We had a few different recipes and al turned out amazing and very cheap and simple. If you are trying to cut your grocery budget, yet still trying to dish up something yummy, this is the book for you.
