Please don’t Drink and Drive…

Now with the Holidays upon us, a lot of people have Holiday parties to go to or fun with friends, please remember

Don’t Drink and Drive.

I’m a mom of 3 and someone may judge me for putting a video like the one below on my page. You can judge me, be mad at me or hate me for it, whatever the reason, I will understand. BUT I’m very concerend and I love my kids and want to raise them with the same principal Don’t Drink and Drive. If you are a good example your kids will follow.  This is a very importan topic to me and near and dear to my heart.

Talk to your kids, believe me, they may not listen at first or you think they don’t care, BUT they do. I see it every day with my Teen watching me how I drive, or asking questions, even my Toddler yells in the car “STOP Mom Seatbelts are not on ” she will keep yelling till she knows everyone has their seatbelt on. Now she is 2!! and I’m adamant to put it on but never pounded it in her head, but I’m sure it will be with her forever!!!

Our kids learn from us and that’s our future. So please, remember whatever you do this Holiday Season ( or anytime of the year) Don’t Drink and Drive, someone will get hurt in the end.

The video below is VERY, I mean VERY graphic and disturbing, but I also belive it is a teaching tool and a reminder What if... it is rality and we all need a reality check sometimes to remember….

Please don’t watchthis video with little ones around, I had to close my eyes a few times, and I’m kind of debating to let my Teen watch it, since he is getting his lerners permit any day now. One part of me thinks he needs to see it, this is reality and people need to be reminded ….but then on the other hand it is very graphic, but then again a lot of the video games are probly worse.

Just a quick background on the video itselfe. This is an actual Video that is being circulated on TV in Australia to promote Don’t Drink and Drive and the Australien Government sends this campaign out to all of its licensed drivers.
