One spot I’d love to take a Kindle is the wilderness. If I went camping or some other excursion into the woods, rather than a slew of paperbacks, a Kindle would come in very handy–at least until the battery died.

I would use it “wherever.” I have historically been against the idea of an e-reader but I have come to see the efficacy of having one and being able to use it wherever you are. i f you are an avid reader as I am then it doesn’t matter where you are, a book is a constant companion.
