Good Morning to all my wonderful readers… as you know I was invited by General Mills to come up to the beautiful Minneapolis,MN to attend the Box Top University 2011. I got into town on Thursday and met up with some wonderful fellow bloggers attending this event.
General Mills had a full program for us bloggers set up, for Thursday evening they took us on a Dinner Cruise on Lake Minnetonka. It was absolute amazing, the weather was awesome, the other Bloggers are just wonderful and we even got to meet up with some great folks from General Mills and had a goo ol’ time.
There are 14 bloggers in all attending this event, and we just had a blast. We got a lot of info about the Box Top program especially the behind the scene How To’s. I loved to chat with one of the Box Top Team members from General Mills, who puts on all the behind the scenes info and update’s like on Facebook and Twitter. It was amazing, and super cool to actually have someone explain the program to you. Did you know that some schools make thousands of dollars just through the Box Top Program? I will update the stats and names tonight, I was a little tired and just so excited to be part of such a unique event.
Today is the Big day, we are about to head out to General Mills Headquarter with a full program event for the Box Top University 2011. Of course I will update my trip tonight and let you all know what I’ve learned and what cool new products are participating in the Box Top Program, BTW did you know Haines is now participating? Neither did I and I’m sure there are a lot more that I had no idea about, can’t wait to let you guys know all the ins and outs….
