Don’t drink 100% juice straight from the Bottle; mix it with 1/2 water and 1/2 juice; maximizing the juice, giving you twice s much as well as keeping your hard earned $$ in your wallet. Kids don’t need all that sugar and they will drink it with water as well!!

Don’t do it all on your own; employ the kids to help with Laundry, dinner or sweeping the floor… They love to do it ( for the most part), will learn responsibility and also give you some much needed help around the house!!
