Chocolate Pudding has always been my favorite. I remember on days when my mom was working late and my dad was in charge of dinner, that’s what he dished up for us kids. YUP, I was one of the lucky ones that got to enjoy Chocolate Pudding for dinner! Oh… and guess what. I turned out just fine! So let your kids have some chocolate pudding for breakfast, for lunch, for dinner or even as a snack, there is nothing wrong with that as long as you enjoy it in moderation.

Back when I grew up we opened the Chocolate pudding and didn’t think of toppings, now I want my family to have a little extra fun and since this is #SummerOfPudding I decided to dish up a simple dessert for my family. I have fond memories of having dessert almost every night and it always was something special that my mom had seen in a magazine since we all know back in my childhood the internet was a twinkle in the sky.
I looked through my freezer and it’s very simple to create a fun dessert with all the items you already have on hand. We always have Kozy Shack® Chocolate Pudding in the fridge so that was easy and in my freezer I found puff pastry cups, I love these, they are perfect for so many quick recipe ideas, I also found frozen raspberry. I knew Chocolate Pudding and Raspberry is a hit in my house so why not turn the the Raspberries into a Raspberry sauce drizzled over the Chocolate Pudding in the Puff Pastry cup? Voila, my dessert was born. Simple as that!!

Putting it all together took only a few minutes after the puff pastry cups have cooled off, just add your chocolate pudding, drizzle raspberry sauce over it, top with whip cream and some chocolate sprinkles, ready is your very simple and chocolate dessert.
To make the raspberry sauce, I just used 1 cup of frozen raspberries, added about 1/3 cup of Orange juice, 1-2 teaspoon of Splenda and blended it all for a few minutes. That’s it. Nothing special but the kids loved it!
There you have our #SummerOfPudding recipe idea and hope this will show up on your dinner table soon, too. I could eat these chocolate cups all day long, soo delicious and perfectly blended. Of course it always makes it easy if you have Kozy Shack® on hand, their pudding is amazing and ready to go whenever you are.
Did you know that Kozy Shack® Pudding is made with simple, wholesome ingredients, so it’s simply delicious? It is the only premium pudding made with simple, wholesome ingredients like milk, eggs, sugar and rice. Kozy Shack® Chocolate pudding is rich and chocolaty, made with real cocoa. Pretty awesome isn’t it? I love the taste and you should try it, too if you haven’t. Perfect excuse to try my Chocolate Pudding Raspberry Sauce creation.
What is your favorite topping for your Chocolate Pudding? Would love to hear some of your ideas.

I think strawberries or cherries go best with chocolate. Actually is there anything that doesnt go well with chocolate?

What a nice idea! and so fast! and yet so special! I want to try this! I don’t put anything on top of my chocolate pudding, I’d put whipped cream if I had it, or probably just about anything. For a while I was making homemade chocolate pudding all the time, I miss having it!
