CrockPot Thursday…. Chicken Chili

September 19, 2015 By Melanie Roberts 43 Comments

Chicken Chili Crockpot #Recipe

It’s not quite hot-hot in Florida … and Chicken Chili is one of our favorite dinners. It’s simple, it’s a Crockpot meal and everyone loves it.

I started to stockpile on deals and if you are a coupon or deal shopper this Chicken Chili will be a cheap dinner for you, that’s for sure. My husband just realized that it is actually healthy as well…. Brownie points for this Mama Smile.

This is what you need for the Chicken Chili

Chicken Chili Crockpot #Recipe

2-3 cans of white chili beans
1 Jar Salsa
1 block cheese pepper jack
1/2 cup chicken stock
3 chicken breast

This is how to make this Super Easy Chicken Chili

Chicken Chili Crockpot #Recipe

Add everything to your crock pot, cutting the cheese in smaller pieces will work best… add cheese to the crock pot as well… close lid and set for 4-6 hrs on high 6-8 hrs on low. Garnish with extra cheese and sour cream if you like, not needed though. Enjoy.

Yum! This looks so good and something even I could handle! 🙂 We used to live in central FL too (Deltona). I’m happy to be back in Michigan but around February I’ll start aching for that Florida sun!
