It’s time again to talk cell phones. If you have been around for a while you know that I love to preach about one of my favorite things, No contract phones from Walmart Family Mobile. It’s been almost 3 years … WOW, really that long? I made the switch to no contract phones and couldn’t have been happier.

My entire family is on the Walmart Family Mobile plan thanks to some amazing phone deals that are currently going on. I’ve listed a few of my favorite ones below, as well as the newly launched Walmart Family Mobile PLUS plan featuring Unlimited Talk, Text, & Data which includes up to 10GB of 4G LTE data PLUS a free movie on VUDU ($7 value) every month per line for $49.88!
Phones that are currently on Rollback:
-
Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime – $99.00 (Rollback from $149.00)
-
Samsung Galaxy Core Prime – $79.92 (Rollback from $99.92)
-
HTC Desire 626s- $129.00
-
LG G Stylo – $179.00 (was $199.00)
-
LG Leon LTE: $69.82 (Rollback from $99.82)
My Teen was allowed to choose a new phone thanks to him getting “A honor Roll” and his old phone was ready to retire. He chose the LG G Stylo. We spend a few days researching the phones and actually it was a tough decision and I think what sold us on the LG G Stylo was for one the 5.7” HD IPS Screen, he wanted a bigger phone and that fit the bill. The 13 MP Camera with flash was another reason he decided that LG G Stylo was perfect for him, although the longer he played with it the more awesome features he discovered.
Now that you know all about why Walmart Family Mobile is such a good deal, I wanted to share with you how easy it can be to hide all those charging cords in your home. I know I have a ton for all the cell phones and other electronics and as a little obsession I challenged myself to figure out a way to hide all those cords, they aren’t pretty at all and I hate seeing them all over the place.

A few walks through the house I found different items and ideas and in the end decided on something that would be beneficial in so many ways, just like the unlimited talk text and data plan from Family Mobile, my idea will be amazing for a long time to come.
I challenge you to walk around your home and pick up all the old books you have sitting around, some maybe have memories that you almost forgot about, some books may be hidden inside a cupboard because you have no use for them but for some reason held on. Pull them all out, grab a utility knife or a X-Acto knife and your Walmart Family Phone, let’s create something fun.
This is so simple, check out my picture, can you find a cell phone, one that is charging to boot, anywhere in the picture?

It is there, keep looking! Once I tell you, it will hit you and I guarantee you, you will be doing this with all your cell phones as well. Keep looking, little tip… See the top book? Look closer… Yes… Very close… Can you see it? Can you see my phone??

Tataaaaa …. I finished my challenge to hide the phones while charging and keeping my home organized and clutter free off all the cords. It was so simple, I just traced around my phone, left some space on each side to make it a little bigger incase the other phones or visitors phones are larger and cut the pages out with an X-Acto knife. I went about 100 pages deep, maybe give or take a few pages, it’s totally up to you how far you like to cut into the book, cut a small strip on one end of the book for the cord and voila, nice little charging station that will hide the cords and the phones, keeping your home organized and neat. How cool is that?

Now I don’t have to spend hours looking for a place to charge my phones, looking for cords or keeping track of what cord goes where, I have them all organized in one spot, right on my end table. I can use as many books as I want, one for each electronic, some books as addl. decor, whatever I want. No one will ever know and it’s all part of my decor. I can even wrap the covers of the book to make them all look the same, for different occasions like Christmas, Birthdays and so many ways to make them look like they are all suppose to be there.
I left mine without a wrap, because these books remind me of when my kids used to go to elementary school and use these all the time, now they use their Walmart Family Mobile for everything from looking up spelling to thesaurus questions. Who uses a dictionary these days? Why would you want to use a dictionary? Let you Family Mobile phone with it’s amazing 4G data do the work for you.

Since my house is neat and organized, now I can spend more time with my family and host family movie night thanks to the free movie on VUDU that comes with each line that is on the Walmart Family Mobile PLUS plan. For us that is one free movie a week since we have 4 phones as part of our plan. Can it get any better? The only other thing would be if there was an offer for a free pizza. But we will be able to order that with our phone and research for coupons, 4G is lightning fast and perfect while sitting on the couch picking our movie on the SmartTV and ordering pizza at the same time on the cell phone. YUP… Never get interrupted for a movie night again! Ahhh… Life is good and all thanks to the decision I made 3 years ago by switching to the best wireless plan in town. It gets better all the time!
Have you made the switch yet? If not… What are you waiting for? I have about a Free Movie code and 10GB of 4G reasons why you could be a happier person if you make the switch. Love to chat, leave me a comment below and share your reason why you have not OR if you made the switch, I love to hear it all.
