It’s mid September, most kids are back to school and fall is knocking at the doorstep. While everyone is still trying to find the best morning and evening routine, let me help you with your Friday night movie routine. It’s simple, all you have to do is turn on your Roku, your DVD player or any of the game Consuls that stream Netflix and watch one of the shows and movies geared toward teens, there is an entire new section and mom and dad will find a few favorites mixed in, too. I promise!
No worries if your little ones haven’t quite reached the Teen stage, my princess is 6 and has a lot of movies and shows that she loves to watch, some of her favorites are:
Some of her favorites aren’t just for kids, we love to watch Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2 or The Muppet Movie during Family movie night and enjoy them just as much as the little ones. I even watch them with no kids in the house, am I strange? I don’t think so. I think they are fun.
Of course if you have Teen’s in the home… or some like myself that are teen’s at heart and remember some of those movies from back in the day like Ferries Bueller’s Day Off, come on, who doesn’t remember watching that movie and loving it? It’s still my favorite ME time movie.. Just brings back great memories. I’ve never seen The Breakfast Club (Yes… Growing up in Germany I was somewhat under a Rock.. not my fault), so hubby and I had a date night a few weeks ago watching the Breakfast Club, he couldn’t believe I had never seen it… haha, it was fun.
A few other’s that I’m sure your Teen or yourself would enjoy while putting your feet up to relax are:
There you have it, a fun movie night no matter what your age, there is a fun movie for everyone on Netflix to enjoy and relax to. Nothing completes family movie night better than a delicious treat. If you love pizza and you love nachos, you’ll die for these pizza nachos – a twist on two of our all-time favorites.

So, what Movie would you love to put your feed up to and enjoy some Pizza Nachos to?
Do you know that Netflix plans start at only $7.99 making it a very affordable choice to bring hundreds of movies into your home. No more running out in the rain to return the DVD’s or even forgetting to return them, Netflix is always there with a movie that will keep you entertained for hours.
For more information about Netflix be sure to visit them on the Web and follow on Facebook or Twitter to keep up with the Blast from the Past movies they have to offer. I bet your favorite one is there, too.
I’m part of the #NetflixStreamteam and I was compensated for my time; all opinions are 100% my own and not influenced by anyone or anything not even by a little 6 year old redhead with her own Netflix login . 🙂

My Hubs Daughter has Netflix and loves it. We were going to check it out, but we forgot about it. That’s what happens when you get old!! By the way… the pizza nachos look tasty.

I was on Netflix the DAY they went back to school. So tired of the kid shows, had to watch something with more than a PG rating.
