Fun Saturday and Play- Doh

October 16, 2010 By Melanie Roberts 10 Comments

It’s Saturday again and this is about the only day that all the kids and Mom and dad have some time to play together and have Fun… it was just beautiful in central Florida this afternoon, nice and sunny but also cool enough to enjoy it.. just perfect. So we decided to give one of our new test products a trial run… May I introduce the testers…..

The Teen, the Tween and the Toddler..

Play – Doh has been a household name in many, many families around the globe. I love the many inventions and creations you can create with this colorful yet simple product. I was excited when I was asked to review this Play-Doh Mega Fun Factory for Hasbro, I gladly accept.

Little did I know that this product would keep my Toddler, my Tween and even my Teen (!!)  all on one table entertained for hours. They have been playing now for over an hr all nice together and looks like they are having a lot of fun.

Which that is hard to do, what kind of product can interest a teen and a toddler all at the same time.. well Play Doh certainty did with this Play-Doh Mega Fun Factory.

The Play-Doh Mega Fun Factory conveyor belt set comes with two gears with 15+ molds, play mat and six three-ounce cans of PLAY-DOH modeling compound. It does Requires 2 “C” batteries (not included). Ages 3 and up.

If you are looking for a fun thing to do in the afternoon with kids of different ages, this will be a hit, you may need to get a second set because I guarantee a fight that everyone wants to play….

This  Play-Doh Mega Fun Factory sure has surpassed  my expectations and would make a great present under any Christmas Tree.

The Kids got a kick out of the motorized conveyor belt and loved to make Mr. Potato Head or a Tonka truck with the molds… This Play-Doh Mega Fun Factory also comes with a play mat, you can make your own game pieces, (we did not use it because it was made out of paper and my 2 year old would have messed it up, it is a great idea however I wished the play mat would have been of some kind of plastic material .. but great for the older kids…) They had a ball making their own game pieces…

Cleanup is a breeze, too;  The 6 play- doh cans store inside the Toy and all the molds come clean quickly, store it all in a plastic tub for next time…

So what do the testers Think….??

This Play Doh Fun Factory Retails for $29.99 and can be purchased online at Amazon.com, Hasbro.com or a local retailer near you like Walmart, Target, Toys R Us…..

For more information check out Hasbro.com and Like  Play Doh on Facebook you never know when they may post a cool deal or  a new product.

Hasbro  provided me with the Play Doh Fun Factory  for my review.   No other compensation was received.  All opinions are 100 % my own.

Playdoh has done it again…they always have such wonderful toys that could keep kids entertained for hours. Glad all your kids played together..must have been fun for them…and not something they do too much because of the age gap

That looks really fun! We only have basic play-doh in our house, I’m not sure my son is ready for the actual art of play-doh, but when he is, I definitely want the Mega Fun Factory!

My son wanted to the Playdoh Fun Factory for Christmas but it didn’t happen. Maybe we will have to consider it for his birthday. Thanks for the review!
