Our house is lacking quit the closet space and we have to get very creative with finding space to put our shoes, clothes and anything else that we have no place for, in the closet. But no matter what we do, we always end up with a closet that is stuffed to the max and ready to explode. See the picture above, that’s my husband’s closet.. Not only does it have his clothes, shoes and his things, we also keep our Christmas Gifts, Birthday Gifts, wrapping paper and all the other odd things that we have that have no other place in the house.
I hate clutter and this closet is totally cluttered and needs some organization help. Thankfully ClosetMaid came out with a brand new Closet organizing line and I ‘m gonna give them a try to see if it would work in out small, but full closet to get some extra, much needed space and get it all organized as well.
So the other day, I pulled up my sleeves and got started with the closet. Check out a few more before pictures, so you get the full effect on how small the closet really is and how much we had in there.
Our ClosetMaid organizers arrived and it didn’t take us long at all to put them together. The new shoe, shelf and floor organizer are multi-functional, stackable and come in white or espresso color. Making them perfect to mix and match to your space, size and likes.
Each organizer came with simple instructions and only required a few simple tools, hammer and screwdriver and about 30 minutes to put together. Very simple to do and once we had the first organizer done, I really saw how sturdy and spacious they are. Loved what I saw and couldn’t wait to get the rest of the organizers build and put into the closet. I really think they will be a big help keeping things clean, un-cluttered and organized.
Once we had all three organizers ready to go, it was time to see if they even would fit into our small closet… guessing game went on and check out what we ended up with ….
One wall completely empty and a nice space for the shoe organizer to fit in; this unit is put together out of the shoe organizer on the bottom and the shelf organizer stacked on top. The nice thing about ClosetMaid you can safely and easily stack their organizers and will look great in any space; also lots of storage to keep your things neat and organized.
As for the entire closet, check this out, I couldn’t believe how much room we have now that we organized the closet and the best part….. We haven’t even filled up most of the fabric bins or shelf’s… WOW!!
This almost doesn’t look like the same closet space. SO much room!!! Everything and then some is in that closet now, neatly in its space. To the left you will see the Shoe organizer with the shelf organizer on top and on the right side you can see the floor organizer.
Each organizer also has matching fabric bins that will fit perfect into the space; they come in Mocha or Brown and have cool features like a see-through window, write on labels or oversized bins to fit bigger items. I LOVED them!!!
I’m very impressed by the ClosetMaid organizer and the fabric bins; they are simple to assemble and are HUGE in our closet! Each organizer will hold a ton of stuff and making your closet look more organized and even give you extra space to move around. I can actually see our tile floor now, haven’t seen that in ages.
Where to purchase?
Are you loving the new ClosetMaid organizers, too? They are available exclusive at Target in store or online and range in price from $29.99 to $49.99; the bins can also be purchased at Target or Target.com and range from $6.99 – $9.99.
