It’s been a crazy week at our house, kids are constantly on the go and looking for a game snack. Of course when they get home, watching the tournament on TV is a must. I love to treat them with a fun snack. I’m sure if you have been around for a while you’ve seen some of our fun recipe ideas to keep the kids entertained. I know, it’s fun to be a kid in our home isn’t it?
Well I decided to get my #Snacktalk on and headed to Walmart to pick up a few of the kids favorite chocolates, they are hooked on Reese’s. Do you kids love Reese’s, too?
Walmart always has a big selection of all the different Reese’s products available and my challenge (well… my personal challenge… lol) was to pick one of each of the Reese’s products and turn it into something delicious.
Let me quickly tell you about a cool recipe contest. Does your snack have game? Well then show us your #SnackTalk for a chance to be nationally recognized! The final winner will be recognized on Reesessnacktalk.com, CBS and Walmart.com! You can enter your recipe submissions on Reesessnacktalk.com. There will also be special in-store displays at Walmart highlighting the challenge and all of your favorite REESE’S products that you can grab for your perfect game day snack recipe will be available.
So after hearing about the #SnackTalk challenge and me trying to create a fun game day snack, I got super excited and knew I had to make something super chocolaty and fun. How about a Chocolate Parfait? With lots of different REESE’S products?
Doesn’t this look amazing? It is sooo chocolaty and peanut buttery it’s AMAZING!!! Took no time at all to make and will be a hit at any of the sport events that your family will be cheering for over the next few weeks. My boys loved it. They declared it their favorite game day snack ever!
Ahhh, our Basketball games are saved and we have something to munch on, you make them in smaller cups maybe for the entire team to enjoy or for all the parents while sitting on the sideline watching the kids get on their game. I bet you would be voted BEST MOM ever!
There you have my very chocolaty and peanut buttery creation that I bet would be a hit if I enter it into the recipe contest at Reesessnacktalk.com, don’t you think? Would love to hear your ideas and hear what you would create to enter for your chance to win.
If you enter, be sure to let me know I would LOVE to know what ideas you have!
