Now that the kids are back in school it’s “ME” time and I can sit and relax a little before they need to be picked up again. My favorite way to start the day is with a good cup of tea. Tea comes in many flavors, mixtures, in a bag, loose or premade and I’m sure there are many other tea’s that I haven’t found yet.
I’m the herb tea kind of gal and love the different herb flavors from chamomile to peppermint and anything in-between. I like my tea hot, I like my tea cold and I like my tea sweet and I like my tea lemony. There hardly is a tea that I don’t like. You can mix tea with fruit or juice and create a drink that you will love. You so have to try it and experiment a little.
During my last trip to Walmart, I grabbed a few of the Bigelow Tea flavors and almost didn’t see them in the store. They changed their packaging and I wasn’t familiar with it and almost got up sad that my favorite chamomile tea from Bigelow wasn’t there. No fear, it quickly dawned on me that they ALL got a makeover, packaging only, and my favorite flavors are still the same and flavorful. That’s my cup of tea!
During fall and winter I enjoy my tea hot with a little honey and lemon, during the summertime or hot time in Florida, I love to drink my tea over ice with fresh mint and lemonade mixed. It’s a refreshing twist and will get you your tea flavor that you love mixed with a little summer time lemon flavor. I also added some sparkling water to my cold tea and it gives it a total different twist, different, yet I love it!
My way to relax and calm my body down after a stressful day at the office or with the kids is to grab my favorite tea, a cookbook or magazine and some cookies, feet under a blanket, no TV and no sound around and ahhh me and my tea, nothing can get between us now. That’s the way I love to relax but we all know these times are rare if you have kids around, so my time can also be in the car, in the kitchen or at the soccer fields, as long as my tea is my steady companion, I know I can relax and make the day the best it can be.
I love my tea, there is nothing to it, but I also love the Bigelow teas that can be purchased at Walmart across the nation. I’m spoiled with all the amazing flavors they have to offer, but what had me hooked on Bigelow tea wasn’t just the flavors and high quality teas.

I’ve never been a big tea drinker but I do drink it during the winter months to keep colds and the sniffles at bay. My father would love this because he is a big tea drinker.
