Simple Chicken Wraps with Tyson Crispie Chicken #Meals Together

Thanksgiving Dinner is behind us and the crazy Holiday Season upon us. We all know how the hustle and bustle of Christmas Parties, Shopping and the regular family evening activates will keep us busy this Holiday Season.

I decided to stroll Walmart and find some simple yet, delicious ingredients to make a quick lunch or Dinner that will keep your family happy this Holiday Season and will make you look like you slaved in the kitchen for hours and have some #MealsTogether.

Walmart

As we all know, Walmart has new products weeks before any other retailer in most cases, so when I strolled the frozen food section, I found the new Crispier Chicken Breast Fillets by Tyson; that started to spin my wheel. My Family loves chicken, fried chicken is even better, yet it takes forever to make and makes a big mess in the kitchen; I grabbed a few bags to see how the new Tyson Crispier Chicken breasts fillets would turn out; they are the actual breast and not the little chicken strips. I was impressed!

A lot of Walmart’s across the nation will have Tyson Crispier Chicken cooking demos in the store; you get to sample some of the new chicken and even experience a few different dishes that would be wonderful to include the chicken breasts. So be sure to check it out and give the Tyson Crispier Chicken breasts a try before you buy.

I immediately had fifty recipes jump at me, I could have a home cooked baked Chicken dinner, just with green beans, mashed potatoes, and all the fixings, I could use the chicken in a salad as a topping; I also could include the chicken in a wrap or in many casseroles; the possibilities are endless.

I decided on something light after the big Thanksgiving dinner, and came up with a Cranberry Crispy Chicken Wrap, it will take less than 20 minutes to make and you can include ingredients your family likes. The wraps can be made for a quick lunch or a dinner for the family while chatting about your day.

I had a dinner plan and all because of a bag of chicken filets, I just love it. I grabbed the remaining ingredients and headed home to prepare dinner before the kids and hubby would come home from soccer practice.

This is what you need to make your Cranberry Chicken Wrap

Simple Chicken Wraps with Tyson Crispie Chicken #Meals Together Ingredients

  • 1 or maybe 2 bags of Tyson Crispier Breaded Chicken Breast Fillets
  • 1 bag of Cranberries and Candied Pecans or Walnuts (I found a salad kit all in one, worked well)
  • 4 Celery Sticks – Chopped firmly
  • 1 Bag of Shredded Cheese (your choice)
  • 1 Bag of Lettuce
  • 1 pkg of Wrap or your favorite sandwich bread

Simple as that, that’s all the ingredients, lot’s to mix and match and most are probly already in your home; very simple, quick and delicious dinner or lunch idea. Trust me, my family asked for seconds and since the Tyson Chicken bag had 5-6 big breasts it was no problem to feed even my Teenagers and get them to say “I’m full”.

Cooking your chicken breasts takes only 18-20 minutes and while they are warming up in the oven, remember they are already fully cooked, making it even easier for mom’s to get a #MealsTogether in no time. You can chop the celery and get all your other sandwich wrap ingredients ready to assemble your wrap.

There you have it a quick, delicious and healthy #MealsTogether with the family. Healthy meals shouldn’t take you hours to cook, but should taste like it took hours to make. Thanks to Tyson’s crispier chicken breasts fillets you now have a secret helper in the kitchen and you get to enjoy more family dinners together in no time at all.

I paired our Cranberry Chicken Wrap with a side of Stuffing; making it feel like Thanksgiving dinner all over again, just in less the time and effort. The Tyson Crispier Chicken Breast Fillets where wonderful; cooked perfectly, breaded to a crisp and really tasty. They will be a staple in our freezer for more quick dinners from now on.

And that’s how dinner is a WRAP in the Crazy mom house… would love to hear how you would use the Tyson Crispier Chicken Breast Fillets in your dinner creations; comment away and give us some more ideas.
