Did you know that August 9th is National Rice pudding day? I love pudding and rice pudding has always been my favorite. I have fond memories of my grandmother making me rice pudding for lunch, after a long day at school. My favorite has always been rice pudding with apples. I don’t know why, it was my favorite.
There are so many ways you can eat rice pudding a few of the toppings or mixing that come to mind are:
-
Fruit like apples, strawberries, blueberries
-
Nuts like walnuts, pecans or hazelnuts
-
spices like cinnamon and sugar
-
Whip Cream
-
Chocolate syrup
-
Sprinkles
-
graham crackers/ cookies

These are just a few of the wonderful mixings and toppings that would make a simple rice pudding stand out and have everyone say “WOW. But no matter which way you prefer eating your rice pudding, the fun part is everyone has their very own favorites.

I asked a few of my fellow bloggers what their favorite way of eating rice pudding was and they came up with some pretty fancy recipes, check them out they allowed me to share them below.
