As most of you know almost all my family and friends are in Germany, an entire country away from where we live here in Florida. My kids when growing up didn’t had much interaction with their grandparents of aunts and uncles because frankly in the 90’s the internet and technology just wasn’t what it is today.

I’m super excited that times have changed and my mom and dad actually can participate in the daily life with my kids, especially my youngest. They can actively be part of any event we attend, chat with her daily (hourly if she/they like). It’s a lot of fun growing up in the new technology age.

Now I really don’t think my 8 year old needs a phone or iPad, however that was the only way she was able to talk to her grandma and grandpa, all that changed a few weeks ago when I found these super cute CloudPets™ at Walmart. They look like stuffed animals, are cuddly like stuffed animals but they have a secret, a very sweet secret. You can download an app to your Android or Apple device and once your CloudPets™ is set up your family and friends down the street, across town or across the country can send voice messages to your little one, without them having their very own phone. Kids can even record their very own message and reply to the sender. How super cool is that?

I’m in love, my daughter can now get messages without me worrying her messing around on the phone, I can even send her surprise “I LOVE YOU” messages from work anytime I want to. It is awesome!

No worries CloudPets™ creators have even thought of Parental Control that you can set, so you don’t have to worry about your little one talking to strangers. CloudPets™ come in 5 different animals, a kitty, a bear, a puppy, a bunny and the unicorn is a Walmart exclusive.

Oh we are loving this new technology, just makes it so easy to keep families connected even in a different Country. This will be so much fun, my daughter is already excited and eagerly awaiting her messages every afternoon, since our puppy ( and all the other CloudPets™) has a heart that will light up when a message is received, she will never miss a message.
