Kidtoons has partnered with Stila Cosmetics to create a new segment called “Wake Up Your Makeup”! This cool segment features a 90-second make-over of one of Kidtoons moms! This make-over was performed by Sarah Lucero. The “Wake Up Your Makeup” segment is playing in theatres during Kidtoons regular events in July and August.
I’m the first one to admit, I’m not a big Makeup person. I can never find the right color, product, something that doesn’t dry out my skin, makes me look good or whatever. I hardly ever wear makeup, I know, I’m working in an office during the day and a little bit of color is kind of must. I’ve gotten away without it for a long time, but every so often I itch for something new. Then I go out and spend $$ on some makeup that I wear once and then realize, NOPE….don’t like it and it’s better without it.
I was contacted a few weeks ago, if I would like to check out a new makeup from Stila Cosmetics. I was a bit hesitant, because like I said, I’m a busy mom and hardly ever wear makeup. I did look at the product and read up before agreeing to the offer.
So, I was sent the Convertible Color lipstick and blush, which is an all-in-one product. The color was perfect, just what I wanted and what fit my style. Not to dark, not to bright, just perfect for the office and even great for a date night or a quick run to the grocery store. LOVED the color, the next thing I’ve noticed was the moisturizer. I have very dry lips and they always crack with any kind of lipstick, the Stila Cosmetic Color lipstick/blush was great. I had no issues at all, it lasted almost all day and felt smooth and not sticky or heavy at all.
I do have to say, lipstick is pretty much where I left it. I know this is also a blush, BUT, I could not make myself try it, it’s not the product it’s just totally out of my comfort zone, but I have no doubt that this will be a great blush if that’s what you use.
I personally LOVED the color!!! No smell, no aftertaste…. just an overall great product.
