If you are looking for a fun Easter board book, stop searching. I found the most adorable board book there is. Lamb’s Easter Surprise is just too cute. I fell in love with the colors of the book, the drawing and then the best part it is a feel and touch book.
Yes, you heard that right. feel and touch. The Lamb has a felt texture and it is almost addictive to touch the Lamb while you are reading the story to your little one. I just LOVED that little extra “touch”.
The Story is simple and easy for even the beginners to read as well as the older children. My Punki is 4 and she enjoyed this book very much. The few times I was unable to read it to her, she decided to use her imagination, looked at the pictures and came up with her very own story… I just loved it. The book was totally interactive for her.
The pictures are just so soft and colorful, very well done and way too cute. Have I said I love this book yet?
The cardboard pages are sturdy, yet not as thick as some “baby” board books, but still sturdy for ages 2 and up I would say. Let’s grab your little one and head over to Barnes and Nobles or any of your favorite book store and check out this book. Will be so much fun for Easter.
This sweet reissued Easter story now has soft flocking on the cover and every spread, so kids can pet fleecy Lamb as he prepares for a surprise Easter party!
“Wake up, Little Lamb! Morning is here. The time for Easter fun grows near.” But before they can play, Lamb and all his friends must gather eggs and dye them; decorate the barn, pick fresh flowers, and make an Easter egg trail to lead a very lucky girl to her special party. Can they get it all done in time? The cuddly animals and lilting rhyme will make this a perennial holiday favorite.
