Lawry’s four new seasoning mixes & marinating dish Giveaway !!

October 14, 2010 By Melanie Roberts

ENDING TONIGHT!!!!

I was so excited when the UPS driver came to my door yet again, which by now he knows me by my first name and gets excited for all my readers, because he knows I have some cool goodies for you guys.. And he was right, this package came from MyBlogSpark and in it was this:

1  Glass Casserole Dish with lid for storage or Travel

4 New Lawry’s Seasoning mixes to create 4 quick dinners

How exciting, so dinner tonight was not planned ( yup we changed the meal plan real quick) but I wanted to try one of the new quick dinner creations from Lawry’s.

We had Chimichurri Burrito Casserole for dinner, BOY it was a quick prepared meal and soo soo yummy…

We had all the ingredients on hand; Here is what you need

1 Lb. Ground Beef
1Can Tomato Sauce
1 Can Blak beans
8 Tortillas
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
1 Pack Lawry’s Chimichurri Burrito Casserole
This takes about 20-25 min to make from start to finish…LOVE it.. I can’t wait to give the other ones a try.

Here are all the other varieties:

  • Asian Style Beef & Broccoli – This easy to prepare stir fry meal will remind your family of their favorite Asian restaurant. The dish combines beef, broccoli and seasonings with a hint of garlic. Serve it over rice for a complete, satisfying meal.
  • Chimichurri Burrito Casserole – Lawry’s gives the Burrito casserole a new twist with this traditional Latin American sauce. With a few simple fresh ingredients, mealtime just got a lot more exciting.
  • Mediterranean Sundried Tomato & Garlic Chicken – Add a taste of the Mediterranean to your family’s casserole. This easy to bake casserole combines chicken, pasta, tomatoes and Feta cheese for a flavorful meal any night of the week.
  • Tuscan Style Chicken Marsala with Garlic & Basil –This effortless version of a restaurant favorite comes together on your stovetop with just a few fresh ingredients. Flavorful garlic and basil gives this meal its own Tuscan flair, perfect for serving over pasta or rice.

Yummy.. Now one of my Lucky readers will win a Lawry’s “Complete Meal Ideas” gift pack that includes all four of the new Lawry’s seasoning mix varieties – Asian Style Beef & Broccoli, Chimichurri Burrito Casserole, Mediterranean Sundried Tomato & Garlic Chicken, and Tuscan Style Chicken Marsala with Garlic & Basil – in addition to a marinating dish.

Mandatory: Tell me what variety of Lawry’s Complete Meal you would like to try, and why??
