I found a great recipe the other day and just had to share.. the kids loved it and it is soo adaptable and can be changed with so many flavors…We had ours with Strawberries and Strawberry Jello…. since it is Strawberry season in Florida… it was sooo yummy, simple yet something different….
Ingredients
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 (6 ounce) package JELL-O Berry Blue Flavor Gelatin
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 (8 ounce) tub COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved
Directions
- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Pour into 9 parfait or dessert glasses.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Spoon 2 cups COOL WHIP over desserts; top with berries and remaining COOL WHIP.
