Hope you enjoyed the cool lunchbox, now here is a cool lunch snack idea..
My kids love these and they can be adapted to so many different things you can add Pepperoni, you can add Pizza sauce and Cheese, you can add fruit and cream cheese.. so many possibilities and they can be eaten cold or warm so perfect for the lunch Box
You Need:
1 pack of Puff pastry Sheets
and
Anything you like to use for toppings, I used tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese along with some Basel and Olive Oil ( you could add garlic but my kids won’t eat that)…
How to:
Cut the Puff Pastry in squares, I use a Pizza Cutter makes it perfect… add a Tomato slice to the square and if desired add cheese, I always make one patch with and one without cheese, my kids are somewhat picky, add pepper, salt any other seasoning you may like, Basel and a small drop of olive oil and your squares are ready to go in the oven…
bake at 400F for 15-20 min, till golden brown…
You can change and add anything you like …..endless possibilities.. for a fruit one add a little bit of Cream cheese and add a Peach in the middle… kids will love the “Sunny” look… these are soo yummy.. Enjoy
