My dishwasher is stainless steal inside and out, and the inside is spotless, at least what I can see. After using this product, the first thing I noticed that my water heads were running much smoother. They must have had a lot of build up that got washed away when I used the affresh Dishwasher & Disposal Cleaner, I’m impressed and the garlic smell that was in the dishwasher from dinner was completely gone !!!!! Yet I still smell the garlic on my hands …yuk..lol We also had some black specks that came from the dishwasher the last few weeks, and no one could figure out where they are from, well… we still don’t know where they came from, but they are not there anymore. So far I’m loving this product. We’ve only used it once, so I can’t say anything for the long term affect of affresh Dishwasher & Disposal Cleaner, but I defiantly can see the benefit of using it regularly cleaning the smelly food smell out of the dishwasher and disposal. We don’t have a separate disposal, my dishwasher has a build in one.

  1. It’s interesting there was a big conversation going on at another site about how dishwasher detergent has changed and dishes are not getting as clean these days. We have super hard water, and when they took the phosphates out of the detergent we definitely noticed. I’d love to try this product because I’d like to see if it would help not only clean our dishwasher, but maybe help the dishes get cleaner too. 🙂
