Monday Meal Plan

Happy Monday Everyone……

I hope you had a great weekend. We sure had a blast; a very good friend of mine thought my Toddler would love to have her own 4-wheeler so we spend ALL weekend outside in the yard on the 4 Wheeler. Thanks Kristen

It was the perfect thing to do, I even sat down and toured a bit. Can you believe this thing goes up to 10 miles an hr.? My Toddler was flying until we figured out how to make her speed lock in at 2 MPH… That was scary.. and this is a Fisher Price Product.. WOW… Luckily we kept her in the grass and on the dirt.. she had a blast.

I see a helmet in the future for the Toddler, that’s defiantly something I need to get, especially once she figures out how to get back up to the HIGH SPEED…lol…

What fun we had, the boys are packing their bags this week.. they will be leaving for Maryland for about a week or so to spend some time with family up there. They are super excited….. They love all the historic places and the White House was their favorite last summer when they flew up there.

So, that brings me to our menu plan, we try to have all the favorites that the boys love, so they wouldn’t miss us as much while they are up in Maryland having fun…

Monday:                    Spaghetti with Garlic Bread & Salad

Tuesday:               Tostadas from the Handstand Kids Mexican Cookbook Kit

Wednesday:             Fried Chicken Wraps & salad

Thursday:                Bavarian Pork Lion in the Crockpot

Friday:                     Sandwiches on the Way to bring the kids to the Airport

Saturday:                Beef Burgundy with Pasta in the Crockpot

Sunday:                   Mom’s night off.. Dinner at Mimi’s
