Monday Meal Plan

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. Well, hubby created the Meal Plan for us again, he was such a great help last week while I was in bed trying to get better. So far I’m feeling a lot better and hopefully will be back to normal soon. Wait.. what’s normal??? lol

We started Spring Break this week. I’m so so jealous of the kids, they get to stay home for an entire week and sleep and play and do things they want to and I’m off to the office all week… I love my job, BUT.. I so would love to be home with the kiddos. The weather suppose to be wonderful this next few days :-). Are your kids out for spring break yet?? What are your plans ???

Last week the Teen and Tween cooked a few meals and it was wonderful. The boys had a blast and it was a big help in the kitchen. This week the Teen decided to help again… I love when the boys help out, even my Toddler wants to help.

Oh one more thing, a lot of my friends check this Meal Plan and I always get this response ” Wow, I can’t afford to eat like that”…. So I wanted to tell you guys, this is everything I buy with coupons and groceries for 75% off or more, if you aren’t a couponer or a believer, check my weekly shopping trips and my Coupon Class to get you started.. Every one of our meals if only a few $$ for all 5 of us… I don’t think any meal is ever over $5 for 5 of us, so a Buck a person !!! Tuesday: Spaghetti and Meatballs – the Teen is cooking tonight
Wednesday: Quick Potted Spanish chicken
Thursday: Sloppy Joe’s in the Crockpot
Friday: New Mexico BBQ chicken
SATURDAY: Fajitas with all the yummy toppings
Sunday: Mimi’s House/ Mom’s night OFF!!!!
