Monday Meal Plan for June 13

Happy Monday Everyone… Kids are out for the summer… whohooo…. We really don’t have any special plans this year, we are saving our money so we can finally take a trip home to Germany next summer… whohoo. We are super excited and the planning has already begun.

Next week we have to travel all the way down to Miami for  our passport applications and then another 6 weeks or so we can book our flights. This sounds so unreal. I have not been home for over 10 years…. and we are going home.

All this Thanks to couponing and savvy budgeting we are able to take on this amazing trip to see family and friends again, we will be home for 4 weeks!!!! This is super exciting and I will take every single one of you with us and will be posting daily pictures and events from around Germany. We have a full schedule and will be visiting companies as well as family and friends, touring lots of Cities in Germany and perhaps Italy and France as well.

Grab your passport and come join us for the planning stages and get excited with us and then of course follow us on our Tour de “Germany” next summer… I can’t wait to show my beautify Country with everyone…… So we are super busy this summer with preparation of next summer… lol….

This week I will also be heading out to Minneapolis for the Box Top University 2011, I’m super excited to be part of General Mills and all their wonderful products and promotions. Do you cut your Box Tops?? They are amazing little pieces of paper, if you need help, or have questions about the Box Tops.. just give me a holler and I’ll be more than happy to help…..Of course I will post all about it next week.

Okay, enough chit chat.. but I’m soo excited…. I know, I need to detain myself and let you know what the Crazy Mom household will be eating on this week… and no it’s not Rhamen Noddle for the next year either…hahah.

Monday: German Hamburgers & Fries

Tuesday: Chicken Dressing Casserole from Taste of Home: Guilt Free Cooking

Wednesday: Pizza

Thursday: Spaghetti in the Crockpot ( Hubby requested it, since I’m out of town.. we will see how that turns out will post it

Friday: Dinner at Mimi’s House * Mom Out of Town*

Saturday: Chicken Tacos
