Monday Meal Plan ~ What’s cookin’ in your kitchen ?

Boy last week sure has been busy. I don’t expect anything different for this week. School sports, parent meetings and Dr. appointments are just a few things that are on my list between working at the office and cooking dinner; what do you have planned this week?

So this week I will keep it very, very.. very simple. I bought a bunch of lunch meats and crescent rolls, Pillsbury rolls and stuff like that at Sam’s this weekend and I will pair it with fresh veggies and make simple dinners that way. Thanks to a few friends and Pinterest ideas I have the entire week covered and hope there is something for everyone to be excited about.

Monday:            Sloppy Joes & Salad

Tuesday:           Stuffed Pizza Rolls with Salad

Wednesday:      Meatball-Stroganoff-Biscuit-Casserole and Salad

Thursday:         Taco Melts with Guacamole and Salsa

Friday:             Simple Veggie Pizza

Saturday:        Breakfast for Dinner ~ eggs, pancakes and anything else we want

Sunday:                         Mom’s night off ~ Dinner at Mimi’s house ~

There you have it.. I tried to keep it as simple, healthy and delicious as possible. That should feed everyone and keep everyone happy…. Till next week… Happy Cookin’.

I have always like the homemade veggi pizzas, but would you believe I have never made one myself. My Hubs would be so surprised if I made one for him.

I’ve always said that I want to do a weekly menu but I could never get the time to do one. I usually just wing it week by week. Loving your menu especially Wednesday and Thursday. 🙂

Good job with the menu planning! We try it every week, but don’t always manage to pull it off, lol. I think I have to add a few of these to ours – the pizza rolls look delish!
