Happy Monday all ! Hope you had a wonderful Valentines weekend. Did your loved ones spoil you? Mine spoil me all year long, we just had a special breakfast since it’s so hard to have everyone together at once. It was nice and quiet for once. It’s beautiful in Florida, the sun is getting nice and warm and I think this week we will try to dish up some simple spring dinner ideas, key word is try.
We have another hectic week ahead of us and I’m not sure if we can manage a lot of new recipes, but I think if I can manage to make a meal plan with simple recipes, I think we can pull it off.

Monday: Curry Wurst with French Fries and Salad
Tuesday: Patty Melt & Salad
Wednesday: Winter Citrus Salad with Avocado-Basil Dressing
Thursday: Cranberry Cherry Chicken Wrap
Friday: Monte Cristo Sandwich and Salad
Saturday: Grilled Cheese with Gouda, Mushrooms & Onions and Salad
Sunday: Dinner at Mimi’s House Mom’s night off
There you have it! This is what we are dishing up; sounds simple and mighty fine I may add. I think this mom deserves a super hero batch, all that in a simple weekly meal plan, who would have thought that can be done. I would love to hear what you are dishing up and if you have a Beef dish, would love to see it so I can Pin it to my Son’s Pinterest Board for recipe ideas.
What are you dishing up this week?
As always, we are linked up with I’m an organizing Junkie, so be sure to check out her post, sometimes 100+ meal plans a week posted, some great ideas to be found there.

This week, chili is the main item on my meal plan. I make it in the slow cooker. So, one night is the chili, next night is loaded baked potatoes with the chili. I use the chili leftovers for different meals. I really love the Currywurst recipe in your post, definitely going to give it try. 🙂
