One of the biggest savings for me are the online coupons, I then match them up with store coupons and store sales; we save about75% off our groceries throughout the year. That is a HUGE saving. If you haven’t used coupons or think they are not worth it.. Think again… we spend about $50 a week on anything at the grocery store for my family of 5 and 2 dogs… so it is TOTALY worth it. And it really doesn’t take that much time Blogs like mine make it easy for you to save and get the best deals.
Well Coupons.com just released another batch of their coupons, you can print each coupon 2 times per computer, so definitely take advantage of that, especially if the product goes on sale as a Buy One Get One Free item, you can always use 2 (!!) coupons, one per item ( YES even the FREE item), that brings your price down and your savings up…. and don’t let the cashier scare you when she tells you ” The item is already FREE, you sure you want to use a coupon” just smile and say Yes… the coupon will take $$ off your bottom line and there is nothing wrong, everything legal… some cashier’s are great and some need a little learning to get the idea that Yes the item is free, but I’m still paying for the 1st item and the store allows me to use 2 coupons to reduce the price of the first item. The best deal is if you have a Buy One Get one Free coupon and the item goes on a Buy One Get One Free sale, you get BOTH items FREE if you use the coupon…!!!! See it is soo worth it, and we don’t eat out all month and don’t eat Hamburger Helper either, check my Meal Plan and see what we cook ….
