Who doesn’t like a sweet treat after dinner or maybe even as a break during the day? I played around in my kitchen the other day and all I heard the kids ask for different things. One wanted cookies, one wanted chocolate and one kept asking for Oreos.
It can get crazy in this crazy mom’s house at times and I love to make each of the kids happy and give them their favorite snack most of the time, I kind of wanted to try something different and whipped up a batch of these amazing Oreo Baileys Mousse Cups.
They had everything the kids wanted and something to satisfy my sweet tooth as well. Pretty to look at, too. These cups were so easy to make I can not wait to experiment and create many more fun snack ideas with the Shot Glass Mold. It sure will come in handy in more ways than one. I’m excited. I think this is one mold you should have on hand for any occasion whether it be a fun afternoon snack, a party or a girls night in, you can’t go wrong. Fill it with a cream of your choice like my Oreo Bailey’s Mousse or maybe a Strawberry Mousse, the possibilities are endless.
Wasn’t this super easy? It looks complicated and fancy but it really is so easy and can be adapted to your likes. Another fun mold that is very affordable but perfect for cakes and desserts is this little chocolate and candy mold, you will find countless idea for it, trust me. Well worth it.
Now that we got the fun accessories out of the way, how do you like the snack idea? My kids loved it and made up recipe ideas for the weeks to come. Let me tell you, they created the strangest things like hot sauce and sweets or my youngest wanted to incorporate chicken somehow into her creation. I’m still playing with that idea, she is in love with chicken at the moment, what can I say.
