The other day, hubby mentioned that his car was due for an oil change; we had been taking it to the dealer for years, but lately have not been happy with the service and I remembered that the local Pep Boys had just celebrated a Re-Grand opening a few days prior. I quickly went online to see what time they would be open and to my surprise they had an online appointment maker.
Unfortunately for us it was too late in the evening to make an appointment for that day, but it gave us different options for the following days, including late evening appointments or weekend (including Sunday) appointments. I was impressed. My car dealer would not take a car after 5pm and was closed on Sundays.
I made the appointment for the following evening and took me two seconds; I was also able to print a coupon for a $19.99 oil change. Can’t beat that!
We dropped our car off the following day and toured the store while we waited; the staff was eager to tell us all the cool and new things that are happening at the store and how all the new remodel went. We also got a mini tour of how Pep Boys came about and while waiting we had a clear view of our car. The waiting room was super cool; big screen TV, Keurig Coffee Cup and a fancy Water cooler that would fill up bottles and cups; so super cool.
I can’t get over how simple it was to get the oil changed; they even rotated our tires for free and offered us a Pep Boys rewards card with super cool features, free of course.
What a wonderful experience and the store had just about everything imaginable from parts, tires to even kids car seats. We had a blast seeing all the fun and new things that we should have for the car. One thing I really enjoyed was that no one tried to sell us add. products, service or items. This usually drives me crazy at the other stores; I’m there for an oil change and not to get a brand new car in the end.
So, the next time you are in need of an oil change, give your local Pep Boys a try and don’t forget to print the online coupon for the $19.99 Oil change or 10% digital coupon.

I honestly never thought of Pep Boys for an oil change. I always thought of it as a place to get auto parts. But the coupon you have here could not be more timely.
