Are you ready for the New year? I know we are. This year sure has been something else and I’m ready to put it to rest and get a fresh start. Will you attend a New Year’s Eve parties or just have a movie night with the Family, I have a wonderful side dish that you can bring to any party or whip up in no time. Its simple and you will love it. Peppermint Cream Fruit Dip will be the hit at your party.
After all the heavy Thanksgiving and Christmas meals I found a light flavorful fruit dip that can be adapted in so many ways. We love Peppermint in our home and I’m sure you have some left over candy cane that needs to be used before the end of the season, grab them and check out my delicious dip below.
Yumm… Doesn’t this look delicious? It’s so simple and you can whip it up in under 5 minutes. I actually use my Ninja Blender to mix it all up and it takes a few minutes and you are ready to go. Add some fruit like grapes, raspberries or even Strawberries and it’s a dream team. If you like you could also add pretzels or cookies. Just be prepared to make a second batch because it’s addictive.
We crushed our candy canes in a plastic bag with an ice cream scoop, so be creative and crush your candy canes any way you like. It’s simple, trust me. You could also add chocolate chips, chocolate candies, or no candy at all and mix it up for every occasion or event. It’s really simple.
Do you have any ideas what add ins you would like to add to your fruit dip? Would love to hear it below. Be sure to check out these amazing recipes as well.
