Porgresso Lemon Pepper Panko and Chef Michael Chiarello Book

We made “Schnitzel” ( a German gal loves her schnitzel) with these Progresso Lemon Pepper Panko the other night and it was AWESOME.. My husband at first didn’t really like the idea of Lemon pepper Flavored Panko but once we used it we now LOVE IT!!! The Panko did not fall off of the Schnitzel and it gave the Schnitzel a nice lemon taste. In Germany we always add lemon to the Schnitzel after it is done anyway, so this was nice.. Really really a great Flavor..
