Slow Cooker Thursday – Hungarian Beef Stew

It has been soo cold in Florida the last few weeks, so Beef Stew sounded great…. I love Hungarian Beef Stew and a crock pot would make a perfect Beef Stew.

This is what you need:

• 5 potatoes ( peeled and cut into chunks)
  
• 1 bag of baby carrots
• 1 can diced tomatoes
  
• 1 cup Beef broth
• Cubed beef Meat ( 1 1/2 – lbs.)
• 1 onion, cut into junks
  
• Paprika powder ( lots..)
  
• seasoning to taste

Toss everything into the crockpot, add your seasoning, I always add a lot of Paprika powder.., close the lid and forget it for 8 hrs on low or 6 hrs on high..

Smells soo good.. our UPS lady came today and said she would be back for dinner after her deliveries, she said it smelled soo yummy…:-)
