We started our year off Happy and Healthy; at least that’s what our goal was. When December 31st hit, my husband and I decided to join Weight watchers and try to lose a few pounds. Well, that was 10 weeks ago.
We are still faithful on the Weight watcher, watching what we eat and eating more fruits and vegetables, my husband has lost close to 20 pounds doing the same thing I’m doing and I have lost 0, zilch, nothing, nada not even an ounce!!!
Needless to say I’m not a happy camper these days; I get kind of aggravated when someone in my family even mentions that they have lost an ounce. I faithfully keep my food in check and drink my 1- 1 1/2 gallons of water a day, but something had to change. I mean, really, not even an ounce? I’m really not trying to lose big, 10 pounds, that’s all.
I did a few online searches and found some recommendations from online friends and was told to check out Full Core. It would be a great alternative for Sodas and anytime you crave for a snack, just grab a can of Full Core and it would control your appetite. The best part, it was all natural and promotes digestive health. Sounded too good to be true, so I checked them out online and read up on their website.
I found out that my Chamberlin’s, which is a health food store, has Full Core in stock. I knew I wanted to give this a try, after all, what do I have to lose?? While I was at Chamberlin’s I found a few cool things, I had no idea that they have this HUGE organic fruit and vegetable section. I loved it. They looked amazing.
It took me a little bit to find the Full Core product, but with the help of a wonderful employee, who knew exactly what I was looking for, I found it in no time. Full Core comes in a 4 pack and the flavor is lemon lime. I read the package for a minute to make sure this is what I was looking for and excitedly added it to my cart.
Once I arrived at home, I put my cans in the fridge, you can drink them cold or warm, whichever suites your need and taste. But I decided to take a can at least twice a day one before (or after dinner) bedtime to curb any kind of sweet craving and one at the office during the work day, that’s when I start snacking most of the time. My goal was to replace all my little snacks with Full Core.
The taste isn’t bad either, kind of similar to any of your sports drinks like Propel water or any kind of Lemon Lime Water drink. The 12 Fl. oz can sure helped me control my appetite and I must say, it was an easy thing to do.
I’ve been drinking the Full Core for about a week now and I can happily say there is movement on my scale, I won’t tell you how much, because every person is different, but I did see a change. So maybe in a month I will do my happy dance, at least I’m losing more than zero, zilch, null, nada. By including Full Core in my diet and replacing my Snacking and soda habit with Full Core.
I love that Full Core is natural, full of Vitamins, Minerals and even Fiber, promoting digestive health along the way. Full Core has 40% (!!) of your recommended daily value of fiber and 15 vitamins and minerals, making it the perfect snack when you want to “eat” something, or as replacement to your daily soda intake.
That being said, I’m really pleased with the Full Core Product, I can enjoy it any time and feel confident that I’ve taken a simple and positive step towards a healthy balanced lifestyle.
For more information about Full Core, be sure to checkout their Website, Online Store, follow on Facebook, Twitter or Pinterest and see what other’s have to say about how Full Core fit into their lifestyle. I’ve also created a Google Plus story about my shopping trip at Chamberlin’s, come over and see what they have to offer. So many cool products, I had no idea.

Ummmm….maybe you weren’t losing weight because you were drinking so much soda??

I really don’t drink much soda, maybe 1/2 a can a week.. I’m more of a water gal.. but I think the snacking may have been my issue…?? But I do agree that Soda can be a big issue if you drink a lot….

Love that this is an all natural product and that it is soda-like. I gave up drinking soda years ago, but still crave a little bit of the fizz. Soda water with fresh fruit works to help curb that, but I’d love to try this for the fiber content alone. Thanks for sharing!

I’ve gotten better, but haven’t given up my Mt. Dew completely and snacking is my other downfall. I may be checking into this as an option soon, thanks for the tip!

I am also thankful to find this product. I lost 39 lbs last year and do NOT want to gain it back with my horrible snacking habits. I am an avid runner and always think I can eat whatever since I burn off a ton of calories. Full Core has truly helped with my nighttime snacking!
