If you spend any money today or any day; take the “change” and put it away in a “Special jar”…. you will see how fast change will grow and you can use it for Date night or to treat yourself to something special and you don’t even have to cut down your budget :0)

This is a great idea! I use to do this all yr to save for Christmas cash. It use to work great until my hubby decided to start collecting coins. Between that and my son getting my change every morning for snack money my dream of extra Christmas cash has went down hill fast. Im going to get it started again & maybe not be so ambitious & just save maybe enough for date night as you mentioned. Oh & another saving change story I just remembered . My aunt saved her change for 17 yrs for my cousin , her daughter. She had $2,000 to give her for her high school graduation trip before starting college!
