If you are without a cell phone contract but your monthly FEES are way too high, look into a Pay as you go plan. I recently switched from a contract to a Pay as you go and I spend only $25/ month and I even have a Smart phone now with internet and e-mail access!! that’s a savings of over 50% for me… worth checking out
