We all know as soon as Friday rolls around we are lost for ideas on what to cook for dinner or tired of cooking. Most the time the next best thing is a drive thru or those take out menus. I know we’ve all been there and I know too well how many times I called hubby and told him to pick a menu and I’ll run in on my way home from work.

This isn’t always a cheap way to end a long work week, nor is it a healthy way. Hubby put them in the oven on my way home from the office and once I arrived, I had a delicious dinner, paired with a big salad.
