Wednesday Book Review & Giveaway : Five Little Bunnies

Hard to believe, but we are thinking about Easter already again. It’s approaching quickly so I decided to introduce you to this wonderful board book called Five Little Bunnies.This book is published by Twin Sisters. The unique feature about this book is, it’s not only cute and wonderful illustrated, no, it also has a CD with 18 cute songs that your kids will love, the CD also includes on track one, someone reading the book to your little one. The entire Lyric’s of the songs are also included on the CD so you can sing along with your little one.

Some songs include “I can wiggle“, “Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes“, “Let everyone clap hands like me” and many more. The songs are great. I love that the CD is easy to sing along, the music is not overpowering, clear and crisp and well done.. I Just enjoy listening to this CD; my toddler can’t get enough of the songs and we even had to take it to the car so she can sing along. The run time of the CD is 32:30, which is amazing amount of songs for a kids CD, or any CD for that matter.

The book itself is a thick cardboard book, cutout like a Bunny with 7 thick cardboard pages attached. The music CD has a sleeve on one side of the cardboard pages, so you can easily store it when not in use, the remainder of the pages have a cute little bunny counting story like “”Five little bunnies wanted to explore. One hopped away and then there were Four” and so on… I love the pictures.. Cute bunnies.. I’m not  a little kid and I really enjoy looking at the pictures and my Toddler has a great time counting the bunnies and listening to me reading the story to her at bed time. This would make a wonderful Easter present for any little boy or girl; the book is recommended Age 3 and up, but I’m sure even a 2 year old would love this book and it is even sturdy enough for a 1 year old to “chew” on…
