Ever wondered how Ice Skaters Spin so fast, or how to stay safe in a fire? What about “How to make Ice Cream?” I found a wonderful book that will explain all that and more. I’ve always wanted to know how a Microwave oven works… this book told me in a very simple manner with pictures and illustrations and all. How cool is that?
My tween had a ball looking at the book on our Car trip and he didn’t got bored a bit. 180 pages jam packed full of How to…. anything and everything you always wanted to know. This book is a wonderful educational tool that would be a great supplement for homeschool as well. I personally loved it, I loved to see how every day common things work, it even gave you instructions on how to make your own paper. My Tween is obsessed with the book and made it his summer mission to try as many of them as he can, he is starting of with how to make paper
This is a fun book, now with summer upon us would keep your little ones happy and entertain and still learn something while out of school.
I love how this book is divided into chapters; Animals, Be Prepared, Sports, Buildings, Science, transportation, Home Tech, food, Space, The Human Body and Going Green; too cool. I know there is something for everyone in this book. Time books are wonderful books as it is, but the Kids Time are remarkable in explaining things to the little ones to make them understand in a kid friendly way;
This book will be released on June 7th, 2011 and retails for $17.95; you can pick up your copy through Amazon.com.
