What bargains did I get at Publix this week

So, I was gonna skip shopping because I was just too buys with work and the kids to even look at the Publix add. After all, we have a stockpile and could skip a few weeks of shopping without going hungry or starving the little ones J , for some reason I had that little voice tell me this morning ( is probly the little evil shopping voice..spend, spend, spend)… you must go shopping. So, since I can be influenced very easy with a sale and a coupon I took a minute and looked over the current add, pulled my coupons and off I went. It only took me about an hour to look at the add and cut my coupons…not bad at all.. BUT …. Boy am I glad that little evil voice told me to go shopping, you will not believe how much I spend..

10 Snickers Chocolate Easter eggs
10 bags of Kibbles ‘n Bits Dog food
10 bags of Kraft Cheese
3 packs of Horizon Milk
4 bags of Gordon Fish
2 TGI Friday Meal bags
12 Boxes Betty Crocker Fruit Gummies
8 packs of Oscar Mayer Hot Dogs
4 Bottles French’s Brown Mustard
1 bottle Purex Crystal Fabric Softener
4 little tubes Pillsbury Biscuits
2 Tubes Crescent rolls

I think that was it…. It was a bunch of stuff…. And are you ready to find out how much we spend? What is your best guess…… would love to hear what you guessed…

We saved $202.44 and we spend ………………………………………….$26.82 ( and that includes $3.36 in tax) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whohooo I’m excited, this has by far been one of the best trips in a while, I had $86.88 in Manufacture coupons and $24.93 in store coupons. If you would have bought the same items by just the sale alone you would have spend $138.74……. Coupons do save lots of $$$ it’s just like a game, you have to play the game and use the coupons to your advantage. Manufactures want you to use them, so take advantage……..
