Happy Memorial Day
First up, I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to all the military men and women who have served and currently are serving to keep our great Country Free. You guys are my heroes. THANK YOU!!
I’m so excited, I got a 3 day Holiday Weekend and no office work… WHOOT. My last day off was at Christmas time, so we always love to hang out at the house and relax when we haven’t had a day off in so long. It was a beautiful weekend in Central Florida so far, the weather is beyond amazing and we ended up with a pool as well. I just wanted to get a small pool for the kids to cool off and spend $48 at Walmart for this 10×30 pool and OMG.. I had no idea how big it would be. It’s HUGE… the entire family can cool off and have fun… not bad for $48 and we can keep it all season long.
What have you done this weekend? Anything special?
This is what we will dish up this week…..
Monday: BBQ Chicken, Corn, Pasta Salad and Strawberry Cheesecake Parfaits
Tuesday: Zucchini cakes, Schnitzel and Salad
Wednesday: Cream Cheese Jalapeno Hamburgers and Fries
Thursday: Breakfast for Dinner – German Scrambled Pancakes
Friday: Mini Pizzas homemade with Salad
Saturday: Prosciutto, Mozzarella & Tomato Sandwich on the Grill
Sunday: Mom’s night off … Dinner at Mimi’s house
