Did you miss me last week? I was soo busy that last night it dawned on me that I totally forgot to post a Menu last Monday … OOPS… Sorry. This week is super busy as well, Soccer tryouts are starting today for the Teen and I sure hope he will make the team this year; new coach, new Kids… this should be an amazing year!
Are your kids in any after school activities? It sure is a good thing to keep the kids out of trouble, but it is also a stressful time for me to get everyone to their designated fields, sometimes in different areas of the town… WHAAA… so this weeks dinner plan will be simple, something that I can either toss together, cook all day or just pull out of the freezer, I need to get used to the stress again before I can plan big meals….

Monday: Pasta alla Norma with salad and breadstick
Tuesday: Mexican Pasta Casserole and Salad
Wednesday: Easy fall Skillet with Sausage
Thursday: Italian Chicken packets with Rice and Veggies
Friday: Bacon & Egg Breakfast Sandwich with fruit
Saturday: Chicken Mango Chutney Turnovers
Sunday: Mom’s night off!!!!!!!!!!!! Dinner at Mimi’s house
