It’s a beautiful winter week in Florida, it has been a little chilly last week and hopefully with a little luck the sun will make an appearance this week again. We hardly ever have a week with no sunshine, was kind of strange. I was excited that finally we are back into the swing of our Monday Menu plan and it has helped me a lot last week. Why did I ever stop? Do you Meal Plan, too? The Honey Lime Chicken Enchiladas were a big hit with my family, so this week I was on a mission to find another delicious recipe along with some of our regular favorites. Wednesday: Hungarian Goulash in the Crockpot with Rice & Salad
Thursday: Cheeseburger Macaroni Bake and Salad
Friday: Tater Tot Enchiladas
Saturday: Chicken Chili in the Crockpot
Sunday: Mom’s night off

Sounds like a great week of meals! Do you ever get tired of cooking every day? For now, I can cook every other day and we eat leftovers, but I know as the kids’ appetites grow I won’t be able to keep doing that.

Hahaha Brenda… are you kidding.. I’m SOOOO tired of cooking..gosh be prepared once the kids get older the more they will eat.. I have 2 Teens and a 7 yo old and they are eating me out of house and home.. I can never cook enough.. would love to cook every other day for once..enjoy it while you can 🙂

Melanie, thanks for being honest. My kids are the same ages as yours, but luckily only one teen is a boy and one meal still makes enough leftovers.

We’re about to have another arctic blast in GA with freezing temps again. The Chicken Chili in the Crockpot looks amazing and perfect for a cold day!
