Hubby and the boys love Ribs.. here is another Crockpot Ribs recipe. This one actually was pretty good, I may add. I’m not a big Ribs gal and rather have dry ribs, but I loved the sweet taste… The boys and hubby just couldn’t get enough of it and it was soo easy to prepare. Would love to hear what you think….
This is what you need:
2 pounds pork baby back ribs
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 ½ cubs BBQ sauce ( not mesquite flavored!!)
1 jar ( 8 oz.) cherry jam or preserves
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon salt
And yes… I used the Crockpot liners for the first time, I bought a bunch for next to nothing with coupons a few weeks back and just remembered them… we LOVE them!!!!!
This is how to make it:
Put the ribs in the Crockpot, season if desired with salt and pepper, mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and add on top of the ribs; close lid cook on low for 6-8 hours or High 3-4 hours
This is what it will look like when you get home after a long day…..
We had Salad and Rice as a side dish, but you can add anything you like….

I’ve made ribs in the crock pot before but usually just use bbq sauce. I might try these because adding the cherry preserves and mustard sounds pretty good.
