Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching and I wanted to share a few more ideas on how to make it sweeter for your love, your BFF and even the kids in school. I also decided to treat our teacher this year and while putting it all together I figured I’d write it all down to give you some ideas for your loved ones.

A few weeks ago I shared a simple, cute and fun gift basket idea along with my must haves for your candy bouquet gift ideas, this time I’m sharing small, simple ideas that are perfect for a crowed.

I picked up all my Hershey’s Chocolate items at Target, they had the best price and a few exclusive items like the Reese’s Conversation Cups or the Hershey’s Kisses Conversation Candies. These actually make it easy to share your love with your loved ones, they have messages right on the packaging. We love the Hershey’s Kisses Conversation Candies. They are perfect for the kids and adults alike and a few will go a long way.

5 Simple Ways to create and share Valentine’s Treats
-
I picked up a few Hershey’s Kisses Conversation Candies packages along with candy plastic tubes and create a fun gift idea for the kids; my daughter added 13 Hershey’s Kisses Conversation Candies to each tube and closed it, added a ribbon and voila our kids gifts were done. We picked up enough to make 15 for her class.
-
Pick up small plastic baggies, the snack size would be great, smaller would be perfect if you can find them. Fill the baggies with the Hershey’s Kisses Conversation Candies and let the kids decorate the plastic baggie with red, white and gold sharpies to share messages they find on the bottom of the Hershey’s Kisses Conversation Candies with their friends.
-
Use small plastic containers, the snack cups would be perfect, they have a lit and the clear ones are very affordable. Fill with your Hershey’s Kisses Conversation Candies add a handwritten Valentine’s Day note with some ribbon and voila, what a treat.
-
Pick up a few blank note cards, have your kids write or draw a personal note, take the Hershey’s Kisses Conversation Candies as inspiration, they have wonderful quick saying on them, tape a few of the Kisses to your notes and hand them to your friends and loved ones.
-
Take a bag of the Hershey’s Kisses Conversation Candies and hand everyone you walk across in school one heart and wish them a Happy Valentine’s Day. it’s simple, it’s fun and you will get a lot of smiles back. If your little one can read let them read the message on the bottom and hand it out to every person, it will be a fun way to share the love as well as teaching the kids to not be shy and approach people. It will be a great lesson as well.

These are just a few simple ways on how you can share the love with your family, your friends and anyone else you like to make their day. All these ideas are made with a few bags of Hershey’s Kisses Conversation Candies, trust me, they will go a long way. I made another fun teacher gift while my daughter filled up the candy tubes for her friends.
All you need are two containers that can be placed inside each other, fill the empty space with Hershey’s Kisses Conversation Candies and I also added some Reese’s Conversation Cups and for the inside container I used the candy tubes that the teacher can hand out to the kids and she can keep all the Hershey’s Kisses Conversation Candies on her desk.
I also added a few simple decor items like roses, hearts and whatever else I found around the house, it will be a surprise for your teacher and she can keep it on her desk to spark the conversation since each of the candies has a message written on the bottom. The teacher will love it and the kids will as well.

This is how I will use my chocolates this year and will try to spread some cheer. How will you share the love? Would love to hear some of your ideas, leave me a comment below, tweet me a message with #HSYMessageOfLove or chat on Facebook.
