I know my readers love these Chicken Soup for the Soul books as much as I do. I love when I get a new boo in the mail, the hardest thing for me is to find the time to read the book. But the other day one of the newest Chicken Sup for the Soul books arrived and I loved the title and couldn’t wait reading it. “PARENTHOOD”. this fits to everyone that is a parent,with little ones, kids grown and off on their own. The book is for raising Children of ALL ages and the authors Jack Canfield, Mark Victor Hansen & Amy Newmark did a wonderful job in putting together 101 heartwarming and Humorous stories to share with everyone and maybe help you understand that “YOU Aren’t’ alone”.
The book includes stories about becoming a family, all in a day’s work, Is there a manual for this?, parenting Faux Pas and many more topics that every parent at some point experienced, wanted to know and figured out. Just love it. It’s almost .. NOW.. there is a manual for raising little ones. True and experienced stories from Mom’s, dad’s and grandparents, just like you and me will help you guide the way in how to raise happy, healthy and wonderful boys and girls and gives you a few chuckles along the way.
I loved reading the book, especially since my Teen is about ready to head off to college and for me that was a BIG step and I’m not ready to let him go, heck, I’m not even ready to let him drive yet, thankfully he isn’t pushing the subject either, but I know it will come soon and I will be prepared, as prepared as any parent can be I guess.
