Hope you had a wonderful weekend.. Last week I told you about the new cookbook and software from 30 Meals in One day that I was testing; I have to admit…. I’m in Love. This software is so super easy to install and use. It takes out all the organization and guess work for you; It keeps all your recipes handy and with a click of the mouse you can add it to your Meal Plan for the week; once you finished your Meal plan, click on Grocery list and your list is ready to be edited with items you don’t need, cause you have them already at home or items that are not required by the recipes, but you would like to add to your list. So simple, once the list is done, print it out and off to the store you go.
Here is a screen shot of the Software. For more information make sure to visit 30meals in one day.

Doesn’t that look simple?? It really was super easy and I love the software. Very user friendly and takes all the guess work out of what to eat this week. Within 15 minutes you have your plan ready and can spend the rest of the afternoon playing with the kids.
Whether you are a fan of once a month cooking or like me use the recipes and software for every day meal planning it is an awesome tool that can be used for any purpose. Each meal is simple, quick, fairly cheap yet yummy. We made 5 meals last week, you can check out Crockpot Thursday Recipe and we loved all of them!!! Even hubby, who is the cook in the house, had no problem finding the recipe for the night and getting dinner on the table for us, and all without my help. I was impressedJ
There are 3 different software’s available currently for Lunch is ready, Dinner is ready and On the side, each software includes 150 recipes to get you through the month, you can also print from each software labels for your freezer with the meals that you’ve created, recipe cards, your menu and so much more. It was very easy to put it all together and trying to figure it all-out only took me maybe 5-10 minutes and I was rolling and done.
Besides the Software there are also the books that will go along with 150 Freezer worthy recipes; Dinner is Ready – 30 Meals in One Day; Lunch is Ready and On the Side. The recipes in the book that we received, 30 Meals in One day, are just as simple and cheap as on the software, but it explains very thoroughly how and what to do when Freezer cooking, what meals to choose and why. I enjoyed the book very much; It’s a simple book with delicious recipes; no pictures in this book, but it is easy to read, simple instructions and very little prep time; this book is a winner and we can’t wait to check out the other two books.
For more information make sure to check out 30 Meals in One day and take a look at all the cool recipes they have to offer….
