Boy, it sure is hot in Central Florida… the high 90’s (my car actually showed 102 yesterday…whaaa HOT, Humid and sticky… need I say more) are no fun at all and then to think about standing in the kitchen to cook a hot meal… well not with this Crazy Mom. We will use our Crockpot and the BBQ Grill most of the week.
We slathered on our Coppertone Sunscreen this weekend and hit the pool; to cool off a bit. Do you use Sunscreen with your kids? What kind do you use? How is the weather in your neck of the woods? What are you dishing up this week? Check out our Meal Plan and maybe get some ideas….. I sure have lots of question today… sooo… without further questioning here is our Meal Plan for the week.
Monday: Grilled Burgers on Garlic Bread Bun with
Watermelon-Avocado-Feta- Salad
Tuesday: Grilled marinated Pork Chops with Tomato-Garbanzo Pasta Salad and Garlic Bread *Recipe for the Pasta Salad will be posted this week so stay tuned*
Wednesday: Chicken, broccoli, potato’s and cheese foil packs on the grill
Thursday: Spaghetti in the Crockpot with Salad
Friday: Pizza on the grill *Will post if it turns out ok*
Saturday: Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with Veggie Foil packs
Sunday: Mom’s night off… dinner at Mimi’s House
I told you we will keep the kitchen mostly cold this week. Hubby is excited, he found his new love of BBQ’ing when he got a brand new grill for father’s Day, so he can’t wait to grill up a storm.

We need to copy your idea of cooking outside. It is so hot here in Dallas and anything that we can do to keep our house cool is great. We have all of the ingredients for the Watermelon-Avocado-Feta- Salad, so I’m looking forward to trying that!
