It’s Monday again and it has been 4 weeks since my last plan. I just do not like making a meal plan and once a month is sooo much easier on me. BUT this time we have to go one week at a time till I can stock up on meat again.
We will have CrockPot week all week !!!!
This week will be a very busy week at the crazy Mom’s house toddler is going back to the sitter while I go off to work all day ( nothing new there..lol) and then the tween has soccer practice 2 nights a week and a game on the weekend and the Teen has 3 (!) soccer games at night with JV, they are traveling, this week and he is assistant coach of the soccer team for Tween; so it looks like we will be at some soccer field all the way through Saturday evening. So I need all the help I can get to put a good supper on the table for my family.
All the recipes are from an awesome book called Fix-it and Forget-it Christmas Cookbook: 600 Slow Cooker Holiday Recipes I was given this book for review and fell in love with it and would like to share some recipes with you guys.
I will post the recipes along with the pictures and our review on how we liked the meal,every night after dinner, as I have time.

Monday: Creamy Chicken breast w/ Rice
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Almost Lasagna
Wednesday : Meal in One –Crock Pot Dinner
Thursday: Pork Chop Slow Cooker Casserole Pork Chops and Stuffing
Friday: Hawaiian Chicken & Rice
Saturday: Buffalo Chicken Dip & baked Potatoes & Bread
Sunday: Mom’s Night off we spend the evening at Mimi’s House
